I’m not much of a theatre person. I certainly have nothing against thespians, and I have enjoyed most of the plays I’ve seen. Attending plays is just one of those things that I rarely get around to doing.
But every once in a while I see a production that catches my eye. In this case, “Beer: The Musical.”
It’s part of the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival, which kicks off tonight (Wednesday) at various venues.
Here’s the synopsis of “Beer: The Musical”:
“A musical comedy about the glory of America’s favorite beverage and its influence on our lives, love, and everything in between.”
Sound like my kind of show!
There will be several performances through the festival, but on Sunday, May 22, the cast will hold its after party at Orlando Brewing around 3 p.m. Maybe they’ll do a number or two.
