One of the things I miss most about moving from the Tampa Bay area is that it’s now a long drive to the nearest Lee Roy Selmon’s restaurant.
Graced by the name of one of my real-life role models (though I’ve only met him in person once), the down-home cooking of the seven-restaurant chain makes my mouth water just thinking about it. And now the eatery has given me a reason to love it even more.
Lee Roy Selmon’s is giving away a trip for two to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado. Included is airfare, lodging and tickets to the festival. All you need to do is fill out a form on the restaurant’s website.
Entries will be accepted through August 31, 2011.
I could not afford to attend the GABF this year, but now … at least there’s a chance.
